Perfect for beginners who need guidance without committing to a full program.


Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, and no-shows may be charged the full service amount. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment when proper notice is given.

This Default Policy outlines the general expectations, procedures, and standards for services provided by Susy Biz Support (SBS). It applies to all clients, projects, and service agreements unless otherwise specified in a separate written contract. 1. Communication & Response Time SBS maintains professional and timely communication. Standard response time is within 24 business hours. Urgent requests should be clearly labeled. 2. Scope of Work All services will be completed based on the agreed scope outlined prior to the start of work. Any additional tasks outside the original scope may require a revised agreement or additional fees. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in paused services until the account is brought current. 4. Turnaround Time Turnaround times vary depending on the service and project complexity. Estimated timelines will be communicated in advance, and SBS will make every effort to meet deadlines. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and all necessary documents required to complete services efficiently. 6. Confidentiality SBS respects client privacy and maintains strict confidentiality of all business, employee, and personal information shared. 7. Revisions & Edits Reasonable revisions are included based on the service type. Excessive revisions or changes beyond the original request may incur additional fees. 8. Cancellations & Refunds Services already completed are non-refundable. Ongoing services may be canceled with written notice; however, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly. 9. Compliance Disclaimer While SBS provides structured support and best practices, clients remain responsible for final compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. 10. Professional Conduct SBS operates with professionalism, respect, and integrity. The same is expected from all clients and partners.
